It appears that Micah Theard first began promoting Hakan Torehan’s and Miracle Cash&MOre on February 16, 2022. Theard was promoting a call where he was also promoting another scam called Novatech.
Novatech didn’t take quite as long to be revealed. That one started to fall apart just a few months after Micah Theard got involved.
Novatech is a scam that operates as a Ponzi scheme and a fraudulent online trading platform12. It is owned by Cynthia and Eddy Pention, who were involved in another scam called AWS mining3. Novatech makes money by recruiting people and having them buy into the system, but the commissions are small and there is no guarantee of success45. Novatech has received securities fraud warnings from several regulators in Canada, California, and Russia1.

Of course, anyone who looks now sees that Miracle Cash&More, CashflowNFT, Boogie Gopher Club, and Phoenic are all scams perpetrated by Hakan Torehan and Micah Theard. Regulators have already permanently shut down the business license of Ofinan, a sister company of Miracle Cash&More, but they keep operating anyway.
Other things we found… Fellow scammer Michael Hajduk was peddling the same thing a year ago with messages like: “get in now before the price goes up”. Wow here we are 18 months later and the price has gone up 3 times just in the last 4 weeks. I guess that line just keeps tricking people time after time after time. Eventually, you can’t keep telling people that the price will go up unless you say it’s worth more. I guess they did that too, because Micah Theard is now saying it’s valued at $150 Billion.
So, how exactly do they make money? No one really knows.
Back in June 2022, the group was taking money both to Micah’s personal account and to Generis Technoloji in Turkecy
We also see US citizens like Michael Hajduk having discussions with other US citizens helping them to wire money to buy the NFT’s
In June 2021, we see things (like what’s happening now in the CWS group) people were starting to get kicked out of the Telegram channels for voicing concerns. Just a few months later, the Novatech scam was more widely uncovered…
In June 2023, People were still using the now shut down Batched:
Then around March 2023, users had been commenting about how Batched telegram had become unmuted. Of course Batched was proven to be a scam. Notice how this same thing is happening on the Miracle Cash&More and CashflowNFT telegram channels now? They shut them all down today November 16, 2023
Back in January 2023, they were promising that they would roll out 50-60 terminals a day. What happened to that?
